• Resume tailoring and job-matching outputs are AI-assisted and intended as guidance. Users remain responsible for final application materials.
• We strive to provide accurate job recommendations but cannot guarantee employment outcomes.
• Features marked as "Launching Soon" will become available in future updates.

4. Payment & Billing Policy

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled in advance.
• Users may cancel anytime through account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After that period, no partial refunds for unused time, but refunds may be issued for billing errors or service issues.
• Pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.

5. Compliance & Scam Protection

• Resilio Partners complies with applicable U.S. federal and state laws, as well as international data protection standards where applicable.
• AI-generated content is provided with transparency: results are suggestions, not guarantees of employment.
• Scam Protection: While our system flags potentially fraudulent job postings, users are advised to exercise independent judgment and report suspicious listings.

• The platform provides tools to improve application quality, but outcomes may vary.
• Services are provided "as is" without warranty of success in obtaining employment.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

• You retain ownership of the content you upload to our platform.
• We retain ownership of our platform, technology, and proprietary algorithms.
• By using our services, you grant us license to process your content to provide the services.
